Meet the Team
Brian Wagner
Principal | BrokerBrian Wagner is a Principal and commercial real estate advisor at Sierra Commercial Real Estate with more than 24 years of experience helping businesses, property owners and organizations navigate the Colorado Springs commercial real estate market. He specializes in office and medical office properties and works closely with clients to develop real estate strategies that support both immediate needs and long-term goals.
Known for his responsive, relationship-driven approach, Brian advises clients on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and investment strategy with practical guidance and clear communication. His experience includes advising National Governing Bodies such as USA Triathlon, USA Volleyball and USA Wrestling, as well as local businesses and national organizations. Throughout his career, he has advised on approximately 2 million square feet of commercial real estate.
Brian is active in the Colorado Springs community, having served on the boards of Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care, the Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation, Girl Scouts Wagon Wheel Council and the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers. When he's not working with clients or volunteering in the community, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, exploring Colorado's trails, traveling and, by his own admission, eating far too much candy.
Operations DirectorMelissa Edwards
Melissa Edwards grew up in Colorado and has called Colorado Springs home since 2006. As Operations Director at Sierra Commercial Real Estate, she oversees the systems, marketing, branding and day-to-day operations that keep our firm running smoothly. From supporting our brokerage team to managing creative projects and client communications, she helps ensure every detail is executed with care and consistency.
With a background in publishing, graphic design and production management, Melissa brings a unique blend of operational leadership and creative expertise to our firm. Before returning to Sierra Commercial Real Estate in 2025, she served as Production and Art Director for multiple Colorado publications and spent several years providing freelance creative services to businesses and organizations across the region. Her experience allows her to bring structure to complex projects while maintaining a high standard of design, communication and organization.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their pets, and loves taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer. She also volunteers with Wild Blue Cats and the Falcon High School Instrumental Music Boosters, continuing her commitment to the Colorado Springs community she calls home.
Mark O'Donnell
Principal | BrokerMark O'Donnell is a Principal and commercial real estate advisor at Sierra Commercial Real Estate with more than 21 years of experience helping property owners and businesses make informed real estate decisions throughout the Colorado Springs market. He specializes in office and medical office properties, guiding clients through leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and long-term asset strategy with a thoughtful, analytical approach.
A Colorado native, Mark has spent his career advising clients throughout the Pikes Peak region and understands the local market from both a professional and personal perspective. Before reestablishing Sierra Commercial Real Estate in 2024 with longtime business partner Brian Wagner, Mark held senior brokerage roles with Sierra Commercial Real Estate and Newmark, advising on approximately 1.8 million square feet of commercial property. He is known for his clear communication, attention to detail and ability to help clients navigate complex decisions with confidence.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and taking advantage of Colorado's outdoor lifestyle. Whether hiking, biking, traveling, exploring new destinations, attending concerts, or enjoying the mountains closer to home, he values creating memorable experiences with his family. Like many parents, he spends much of his free time serving as an unpaid Uber driver, shuttling his daughters between sports, activities, and countless other adventures. He is proud to call Colorado home and remains actively engaged in the community where he lives and works.
